SB 16: Relating to decreasing the fee for the issuance of an original or renewed license to carry a handgun. Effective Sept. 1.

SB 263: Relating to the handgun proficiency required to obtain or renew a license to carry a handgun. Effective Sept. 1.

HB 421: AMENDED into SB 2065. Relating to an exemption from application of the Private Security Act for volunteer security services provided at a place of religious worship. Effective Sept. 1.

HB 435: Relating to the carrying of weapons, including the application of certain weapons and handgun license laws to certain persons, the carrying of handguns by license holders on the property of a state hospital, and the liability for certain actions of volunteer emergency services personnel licensed to carry a handgun; providing a civil penalty. Effective Sept. 1.

HB 867: Relating to school marshals. Effective Immediately.

HB 873: Relating to prohibiting certain establishments serving the public from restricting a peace officer or special investigator from carrying a weapon on the premises. Effective Sept. 1.

HB 913: Relating to the prosecution of the criminal offense of the possession, manufacture, transport, repair, or sale of certain prohibited explosive weapons. Effective Sept. 1.

HB 1692: AMENDED into SB 1566. Relating to the transportation or storage of a handgun or other firearm or ammunition by a license holder in a motor vehicle in a parking area of a primary or secondary school. Effective Sept. 1.

HB 1771: Relating to the use of certain weapons in or on the beds or banks of the Canadian River in Potter County. Effective Sept. 1.

HB 1819: Relating to the criminal consequences of engaging in certain conduct with respect to a firearm silencer. Effective Sept. 1.

HB 1935: Relating to the carrying of certain knives; creating a criminal offense. Effective Sept. 1.

HB 2009: Relating to an exemption for certain law enforcement and military personnel from the requirement to complete a hunter education program. Effective Immediately.

HB 2880: Relating to the criminal punishment for the threatened exhibition or use of a firearm in or on school property or on a school bus. Effective Sept. 1.

HB 3784: Relating to certain applications to obtain a license to carry a handgun and to the associated handgun proficiency course. Effective Sept. 1.
